				&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Declaration of the Conference of the Four Religious Communities of the Anglican Church of Melanesia on Social Justice, Human Rights and Advocacy&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This declaration considers the Solomon Islands&amp;rsquo; high rate of family violence, ever increasing environmental degradation and widespread corruption, and sets out a commitment to work with the Anglican Church of Melanesia, other churches, the Solomon Islands Government, non-government organisations and all other organisations working on social justice issues. &amp;nbsp;The declaration was signed by representatives of the Community of the Sisters of Melanesia, the Community of the Sisters of the Church, the Society of St Francis and the Melanesian Brotherhood at the end of an historic meeting of these communities in West Guadalcanal, 21 to 28 November.
